BIOGRAPHY

Painter and draughtsman, born in Le Havre in 1973. Lives and works in Amiens. Trained at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Logis du Roy, Amiens (1997), he has been developing a body of research centred on the lived body since the mid-1990s. His work begins with real anatomical structures, whose relationships he alters to reveal other possible organisations of the body. He works primarily with India ink on paper and oil on canvas. His works develop through series. After a period away from artistic practice, he returned to drawing in 2023. This new body of work moves towards compositions in which the relationships between forms take precedence over their accumulation.

His work was presented at Art Capital at the Grand Palais, Paris, in February 2025 as part of In Situ with the DF Art Project association, and at the 45th Salon de Lives in November 2025.

He will also take part in the DF Art Project Salon in Paris in October 2026 at the Verrière du Parc André Citroën.

In November 2026, a solo exhibition in Amiens will bring together earlier works and the new body of work in a retrospective spanning 1990 to 2026.
