Pillar V

Bone-shaped pillars rise and extend into arches. Above them, strips of bandage interweave like a protective membrane. The rigidity of bone meets the flexibility of an enclosing layer. Together, they form a landscape open to the gaze. The body unfolds into a vulnerable architecture: a place one might inhabit, where support and protection exist alongside each other.
