Venus

An anatomical heart holds the Venus of Lespugue. Around her, a bird’s head and a pulmonary tree connect breath with the body’s archaic memory. This work opens the recent body of work: a primal figure returns within the intimate mechanics of the living body.

Unique piece, handmade in my studio in Amiens, France. Signed certificate of authenticity included.
