Cocoon

A suspended form descends from a vertical thread. It seems to float, made of pockets and membranes that taper towards the bottom. The cocoon both contains and lets something escape. Emergence remains pending. The question itself remains suspended: what organism will emerge?

Unique piece, handmade in my studio in Amiens, France. Signed certificate of authenticity included.
